Returns

If you would like to make a return, please let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we will happily refund your money or offer an exchange. All products must be returned to us in good condition and in their original packaging, with the tamper seals intact. We will only reimburse the return shipping cost if our products were delivered in error or were damaged / defective before they arrived.

If one of our products gets to you in a damaged / defective condition, then you have a 30-day right to reject the order (starting from the date of ordering). Please get in touch with us if you think your order is faulty / damaged and we'll organise a refund or exchange.
